When you purchase discounted gift cards from Gift Card Outlets, our deal stands final unless you
face certain exceptional situations like:
1. When the gift card delivered to you differs from the one you had purchased from us
2. If the gift card purchased by you is found invalid or declined
3. If the balance of the gift card purchased by you is less than what you had paid for
In case you find yourself in any of the above situations, submit a claim at support@giftcardoutlets.com
within 60 days from your date of purchase. Upon the receipt of your claim, we will investigate
into the matter in order to review the history of the gift card so that abusive and dishonest
practices are avoided. If your claim is found valid, we will either provide you with a gift card
of the merchant you had chosen or may issue orders for a refund. At our request and as per our
instructions, you shall complete and submit an affidavit in support of your claim.
Please note that the gift card surrendered by you will be accepted only if:
1. The gift card is received in the same condition as it was delivered to you
2. The gift card wasn't used by you after it was purchased from us
3. The Gift Card must be redeemable for the same amount of value that you state in your claim
for refund
